Mya’s Nursery

One of the things I enjoyed most about getting ready for Mya’s arrival was creating her nursery. I loved the look of pink and brown so thats what we went with. Seeing I was 9 months pregnant at the time, Pat had to do a lot of the work with help from my mom (although I was the director/interior designer). I’m happy every time I walk into her room, I love how it turned out! My Grandma R. made the curtains and my Grandpa H. made the change table originally for my brother in 1981 and it has gone through pretty much all the babies in the family right up to Mya. Again and again I’m reminded how fortunate Pat and I are to have our families so close – we, and Mya, are very lucky!
